Dear Members,
Welcome to the new year! We hope you had an enjoyable Christmas and New Years holiday! This is my kind of winter – dry roads and above average temps. I know that this won’t last, but we’ll take it for now.

Our latest event was the Christmas Party. Thanks to Jim Boylan & Jack Hoppus for hosting again this year at 57 College NE. The live music was great and everyone had a very enjoyable evening. You guys know how to throw a fantastic party!

Also, thanks to Chris Bailey for taking on the challenge of getting this newsletter out each month for us. He is doing a great job on these first issues, as we try to get to having one every month again. The NCBC board has also done a great job in committing to writing articles each month to support ongoing content needs.

You will notice a new series of newsletter stories around the history of homes in the block. This idea was suggested by NCBC Board Member-At-Large Mark Dykstra.
